Do you find the voice in your head telling you things like "you'll never be good enough" or "you're lookin' miiighty ugly today", or something along those lines? 

Most of the time, our "inner critic" as most call it stems from a critical person from our past, or a combination of negative voices we've accumulated throughout our lives. 

We may feel stuck, because that voice in our head feels permanent, and it's not like we can run away from it...so what can you do?
