Does your negative self-talk hold you back?

For the next day or so, pay attention to the way you're speaking to yourself.
The first time I actually "listened" to the things I was saying to myself on a regular basis...I was shocked! No wonder I had such low self-esteem. Not only that, but I was holding myself back from reaching SO many goals because that little voice in my head was telling me that I wasn't enough. And I believed it!
But you can change the way you speak to yourself, and you should. It starts with awareness, and then intention to change. When you become your own biggest cheerleader and supporter, you become unstoppable!
